Advantages of SIMONA ECTFE
SIMONA ECTFE offers exceptional chemical resistance up to 300°F (149°C). ECTFE is compliant for various wet process semiconductor applications. This material features high-purity and is suitable for wetted parts. It is ideal for a TMAH environment.
Withstands a broad pH range (1–14), including aggressive acids, oxidizers, and solvents used in chip fabrication
